What we’ll do
You will first get an overview of the main categories of Italian Pasta and a short guide on the main characteristic off the Tuscan cuisine regarding the ingredients of traditional pasta dishes. Then you will learn to make three types of fresh pasta: gnocchi, pici, pappardelle. It will be a pleasant cooking lesson with a lot of fun and easy to follow.
Furthermore, you can have the opportunity to try different traditional Italian pasta tools: from the wood guitar for pasta alla chitarra, through the board for garganelli, the ciurli for malloreddus until the beautiful corzetti and anolini stamps or the buso stick for making busiate and so on…
Once finished the course you will taste all the three pasta dishes that you have created personally, with traditional sauces made by the Life Kitchen.

The restaurant is like a “small museum”: during the construction work, important archeological finds were discovered.
