Villa

Our Villa is an harmonious and full of charm location, with a park and garden located a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Volterra. Built in the early 1900s as a private residence, it became a home hotel in 2000. The hospitality offer consists of nine rooms on three floors, all with double bed and private bathroom, a bar room, a breakfast room and common areas. The rooms are all air conditioned.

The rooms are available separately. For groups and families it is possible to choose to occupy an entire floor or the entire villa.

Outside there are several terraces with gardens, tables, sofas and relaxation areas. In the morning the main terrace is used for breakfast, in the evening one is enchanted by the splendid view of the sunset over the sea.

The entrance courtyard of the Villa offers a comfortable and private parking.

The ground floor rooms are located on the level of the main garden, which is accessed by crossing a short corridor. Here there is also the breakfast room and the corner bar. Spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned, they are ideal for those who cannot or don't like to climb stairs.

With main entrance and panoramic terrace

The rooms on the first floor are located at the main entrance of the Villa. Through the internal stairs you go down to the ground floor, where there is the breakfast room and the corner bar. The corridor opens onto a pleasant terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama.

Second floor

Panoramic, with sea, park and city center views

The rooms on the second floor are characterized by a splendid panoramic view. It is accessed via a pleasant internal staircase which opens into a corridor with sofas and common areas. At sunset the sun transfers enchanting shaded yellow-red colors making the rooms particularly suggestive.

Breakfast and garden

Intimate internal areas and natural terraces

On the ground floor there is a corner bar and an intimate breakfast room carved into the stone. The outdoor spaces open onto the main terrace, with patio, tables and different levels of terraces with gardens and sofas. At any time it is possible to carve out moments of relaxation surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
