To celebrate the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, we’ve created a special program. A plant-based and gluten-free dinner, featuring a five-course menu, “Liber Linteus – the Linen of Zagreb,” inspired by the Etruscans and Egyptians. Plus, a stay with breakfast in a “Albergo Diffuso” style, for one or more nights, in homes and suites in the historic center of Volterra. A convenient booking program with “time-limited discount codes” is also available.

The “discount code” program allows you to purchase the New Year’s Eve package consisting of “dinner with bed and breakfast” and take advantage of scheduled discounts.

The discounts vary daily, starting on Saturday, December 13th and ending on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24th. They are valid for the period from December 30th, 2025, to January 2nd, 2026.

They are applied to the total stay, meaning the percentages apply to the overnight stay, breakfasts, the New Year’s Eve dinner, and any additional days booked with half board.

The discount percentages increase as the end of the year approaches. This means that by waiting longer, you can use codes with greater discounts. It should also be noted that our homes and rooms, as well as seating at our restaurant for the New Year’s Eve dinner, are limited.

Once availability is finished, reservations will no longer be possible.
