This 2025 for the opening of our beautiful restaurant we have chosen to respect the solar cycles. In fact we reopen for the spring equinox, or rather the following day, March 21st.

OUR SPRING EQUINOX

The spring equinox for us is what most represents the strength of life. It is the moment when day surpasses night. More and more sun and more and more light until the maximum peak of the summer solstice. To then begin the decrease until the new balance in the autumn equinox and the umpteenth change of direction of the winter solstice.

A cyclical nature that has always inspired life on this planet. A magic that allows the birth, the blossoming, the decay, the death and the re-start of everything. It is the energy of the sun that allows it; the flora, the fauna, ourselves, what we call the universe, everything moves thanks to and in respect of the solar cycles.

The more we are able to interpret the solar cycles, the more we evolve in the knowledge of ourselves. We are a part of the sun's rays. The presence of more sun gives us more energy, more health, more beauty. It is no coincidence that a person is defined as sunny when he or she is bright and positive, just as he or she is defined as shady when he or she is sad and nervous.

March 21st is the first day with the most sun. It is synonymous with rebirth, it represents the umpteenth supremacy of good over its opposite.
