Our apartments are old homes in the historic city center owned by Volterran families. In accordance with the properties we have been restored, brought back to life and made them hospitable.
The sizes vary from one to three bedrooms, all with private bathroom. Each home has a kitchenette and a comfortable living area.
Alberi is a pleasant and comfortable apartment in the ancient Via della Porta all'Arco, a few meters from our reception and our restaurant. It is composed of an entrance hall, a complete kitchen, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms.
We had 3 wonderful days in Volterra. The flat is central and just some minutes by foot from all the monuments in the heart of the historic center. Lovely host, friendly and helpful! The flat is super, very clean and with all the things we needed.
We loved Volterra with its more than 3000 years of history, restaurants and small shops. Enrico’s apartment is the perfect place, situated close to everything including bank, bakery restaurants and the free parking lot.
Casa Lecci is a preatty small apartment in the historic center of Volterra, completely restored in May 2023, it consists of a spacious kitchen, a complete bathroom and a comfortable double bedroom.
Hill's View is located in the historic centre, in a very quiet area. The apartment renovated in 2021 comprises entrance hall, full kitchen, bathroom, living room, reading room, double bedroom and panoramic terrace.
Guarnacci is a pleasant apartment, renovated in January 2023. Central and spacious, on the first floor, it consists of a large living room, an open kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
What a beautiful spacious apartment, just steps away from Porta Fiorentina one of the five entrances to the ancient walled city of Volterra.. the apartment is very close to the Roman theatre that was constructed in the first century AD. Matteotti Apartment is a pretty and characteristic home, on the first floor of the main street of the city. It consists of a living room, a complete kitchen, two double bedrooms, a wardrobe room and a bathroom.
We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. It was ideally located in the center. But best of all were our hosts. They not only made us feel so welcome, they also became friends. We recommend this booking!
Great and quite place in a central street. It was just perfect for our family and the children and beautifully central. Volterra is so wonderful. We will be back. In all of Italy, Volterra was our favorite town.
Casa Lino is a pleasant and central apartment. Located on the second floor of a characteristic courtyard, it consists of an entrance hall, a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, terrace and bathroom.
Minzoni is a modern and ancient two-room apartment at the same time, central, located on the first floor, it has a living room with complete kitchen, a double bedroom with a french bed and a bathroom with "medieval" shower.
This loft was absolutely perfect. Great location, spacious and a great size for two people. Volterra is small, so everything is within walking distance. So nice to stay at a well furnished apartment with comfortable bed.
A really nice and cosy place in the centre of Volterra. The flat is designed with a lot of love and a great view for individual details. Enrico and Alessandra were always helpful and available. We would love to come back one day.
Matteotti is an intimate Loft, located on the third floor of a historic building on the main street of the city. Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a living area with kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe room and a bathroom.
This was a wonderful place to stay. You could not ask for a better location! The apartment was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The four flights of stairs it was not a problem for us. (Perhaps it might be for someone). Overall, it was great.
Loft is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It is located in one of the historical buildings and looks exactly like on the photos. Ask Enrico, he is inspiring as an expert in the history of and around Volterra.
Ricciarelli is a comfortable home on the second floor of an ancient building. It consists of a large living room, a double bedroom with sitting area, a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom.
This apartment is amazing! It’s clean, and spacious, and private. It’s close to everything, but tucked away. Enrico is an amazing, and very helpful host. He truly loves his home town, and if he’s not on city council, he should be!!
The apartment was perfectly clean and was equipped with everything, that we needed for our stay in Volterra. The location is great – just 100 meters to Piazza dei Priori. Enrico is a great host and made everything to make our stay perfect.
