- 9.00 am: departure from Volterra
- Baratti and Populonia: visit to the archaeological park, necropolis and acropolis
- Bolgheri: plant based lunch at our friend restaurant
- Pitigliano: visit of the "hollow streets" and of the long Etruscan canals
- Bolsena: round trip of the Etruscan lake, symbolic place of the Voltumna Temple
- Tarquinia: arrival around 7 pm, check-in at the apartment

All the selected restaurants use products that are as organic as possible with local food and have complete plant based solutions.
Buffet breakfast, from 9 to 11 am composed of an assortment of sweet and savory pastries, full cafeteria service, vegetable milks, fruit juices and extracts, breads and fruit jams.
Dinner with a la carte menu, from 6.30 to 9 pm consisting of a first course, a main course and a dessert, with natural and sparkling water included. A selection of wines by bottle and by glass is excluded from the package but always available.
